CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga—The police chief of Central Luzon on Thursday ordered an investigation of the possible links of policemen to a dealer of “shabu” (methamphetamine hydrochloride) who was arrested in San Narcisco town in Zambales province on Wednesday.

Chief Supt. Raul Petrasanta said the probe sought to weed out from the service policemen those who are involved in the illegal drugs trade. Petrasanta said the suspected big-time drug dealer, Said Abubakar, was seen at a gasoline station in Barangay Natividad in San Narciso town after a monthlong surveillance by the police’s regional intelligence operations section.

PNP MOVES TO EMPOWER PRECINCT LEVEL CRIME INVESTIGATORS

PNP Chief, “CODE-P” Director General Alan L Purisima has taken to task all Police Regional Offices to strengthen the investigative capability of lower police units down to the precinct level to ensure successful prosecution of cases that will lead to higher rate of conviction of criminal offenders particularly in drug cases.

Purisima ordered intensified 24/7 mobile checkpoints that “should be felt by the people we have sworn to protect” in support of the overall anti-crime campaign.

These are among the salient points of the Command guidance of the Chief PNP to members of the PNP Command Group, Director Staff, Regional Directors and Directors of National Support Units during a top level Command Conference held at the PNP National Headquarters today.

THE PEOPLES ANTI CRIMES PROMOTIONS UPDATES TODAY ON CRIMES IN OUR SOCIETY WE GATHERED DATA FROM NEWS WEBSITES.  ON THE PHILIPPINE INQUIRER WEBSITE ARTICLE SAID "QC COP KILLED IN BOTCHED PDEA OPERATION".   FROM GMA NEW 7 WEBSITE SAID COP KILLED IN ANTI DRUG OPERATION IN CAVITE. ACCORDING TO THE NEWS FOOTAGE AND INFORMATIONS AN ENCOUNTER HAPPENED DURING THE DRUG OPERATIONS OF JOINED FORCES OF PDEA AND QC POLICE AND OTHER OPERATIVES.  ON THE NEWS THE FOOTAGE SHOWS HEAVY GUN FIGHTING WHOM THE SUSPECTS ARE PEPPERING BULLETS TO OUR OPERATIVES.  EVEN THOUGH THE SUSPECTS FIRED HEAVY TO OUR OPERATIVES OUR OPERATIVES MANAGE TO RETURN FIRE AND PROTECT THEMSELVES AND THEIR DUTIES AND THE PEOPLE INJURED THE GUNNERS WHO MANAGE TO ESCAPE WITH HIS COLLEGUES SYNDICATES.  OUR OPERATIVES STILL HAS THE CAPACITY TO PROTECT EVEN IN DEFENSIVE SITUATIONS BUT SADLY ONE OF THE OPERATIVES KILLED IN CARRYING HIS DUTY.  OUR PNP OPERATIVES UNTIL DEATH WILL PROTECT THIS COUNTRY AGAINST DRUG LORDS OR DRUG TRAFFICKNG.     

THE PDEA AND PNP COPS ANTI DRUGS OPERATIONS FACED BATTLE DURING SURVEILANCE OPERATIONS

AGAINST DRUG DEALERS IN CAVITE SADLY THEY WERE TIP UP AND TRACED ON THEIR OPERATIONS AND KILLED INSTEAD OF PROTECTING THE COUNTRY.  THE SAID TEAM TRIED TO CARRY THEIR DUTIES AGAINST THE DRUG TRAFFICKERS IN THE COUNTRY BUT THE DRUG SYNDICATES ARE ARMED AND DANGEROUS PEPPERED THEM BY BULLET AND ONE OF THEM ARE KILLED AND INJURED SOME OF OUR POLICE OPERATIVES.  THE PNP OPERATIVES FROM PDEA AND QC COPS AND OTHERS SUFFERS A TRAGIC MOMENTS IN THEIR PUBLIC SERVICE BEING KILLED IN ACTIONS IN PROTECTING THE PEOPLE.  THE PNP AND OUR ENFORCERS HAS TO CONTINUE IN SUPPRESSING DRUG LORDS AND DRUG DEALERS AND PUSHERS ABIDING HUMAN RIGHTS AND LAW EVEN ENCOUNTER A LOSS FROM PROTECTING THE COUNTRY.  BE NOT DEMORALIZED,  THE PEOPLE FROM THE PEOPLES ANTI CRIMES PROMOTIONS SUPPORT THE GOOD PNP AND ENFORCERS IN CARRYING THEIR DUTIES AGAINST LAWLESS ELEMENTS.  THE EVIL WILL NOT PREVAIL KEEP PROTECTING THE GOOD.

QC cop killed in botched PDEA operation

MANILA, Philippines – A bungled anti-drug operation by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) that led into an ambush killed a Quezon City policeman in a village in Cavite province early Monday.

Senior Police Officer 3 Alejandro Ame, who was also an informant of the PDEA, was with two anti-narcotics agents conducting surveillance when attacked by at least 10 men on Molino Road in Barangay Molino 3 around 4 a.m.

PO3 Michael Legaspi Jr., case investigator, told INQUIRER.net in a phone interview that still unidentified gunmen, whom the authorities were attempting to entrap in an operation along Molino Road, fired shots to the group, killing Alejandro.

A policeman was killed while two lawmen were wounded in a botched anti-drug operation in Cavite province before dawn Monday.

The slain policeman was a Quezon City police officer with the rank of SPO3, who acted as an informant of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, radio dzBB's Manny Vargas reported.
