ESPINA ORDERS DISMISSAL OF FOUR BACOOR COPS

PNP Officer-in-Charge, Police Deputy Director General Leonardo A Espina today ordered Summary Dismissal Proceedings (SDP) against four Bacoor City policemen for alleged involvement in illegal drug activities.

Espina gave instructions to Regional Director of Police Regional Office 4A in CALABARZON, CSupt Jesus Gatchalian to “file all necessary administrative and criminal cases” against P03 Paul Barriosa SANTOELI, P03 Jay Salondro ILAGAN, P01 Joeyluz Guiruela PULUSAN, and P01 Roger Uy REBLE, all members of the Police Community Precinct 2 of Bacoor City Police Station.

A report from SSupt Jonel Estomo, Cavite Provincial Director, disclosed that on 11:30 AM of January 7, 2015, operatives of Cavite Police Provincial Office led by Police Senior Inspector Joie Saulog in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted an anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Habay II of Bacoor City that resulted in the arrest of the four PNP members.

The operation resulted in the arrest of the four policemen and the confiscation of nine (9) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu, three(3) Glock 9mm pistols, and an M-16 rifle.

Espina also instructed Gatchalian “look for all others who may be involved until they are all neutralized”.
“See to it that they do not go out of jail anymore,” Espina said.

The four arrested policemen are presently undergoing pre-charge investigation.(PNP-PIO)
