MEMBER OF GUN-FOR-HIRE GROUP AND MWP COLLARED IN POLICE OPERATIONS

In separate police operations, a member of a Gun-for-Hire Group and Most Wanted Person (MWP) were collared by detectives of CIDG in the provinces of Kalinga and Compostela Valley, announced PDir Victor P. Deona, CIDG Director.
A man identified as Jerry YATAR y Delizo was apprehended during the implementation of a Search Warrant (SW), today (March 23, 2016), at around 6:20 in the morning, in Brgy Liwan West, Rizal, Kalinga.
According to PSSupt Froilan Perez, Regional Chief, Yatar was caught in possession and control of a cal. 45 pistol, 2 home-made 12-gauge shotguns, assorted ammunition, several magazine assemblies, and a
holster.
Yatar is a member of the "Robert Ngayaan Gun-for-Hire Group" operating in the provinces of Kalinga, Isabela, and Cagayan provinces.
Meanwhile, at 6:00 in the evening yesterday (March 22, 2016), tagged as the No. 9 MWP in Maragusan, Compostela Valley, 42-year old miner and laborer named Carlos Patin HIDLAY was arrested for Attempted Homicide by joint manhunt team of CIDG ComVal and Nabunturan MPS in Purok Quezon, Brgy New Albay, Maragusan, said Regional Chief, PSupt Danilo Macerin.
While in Ilocos Norte, a certain Norway MATUTE, a member of the "Matute Criminal Group", voluntarily surrendered to the CIDG Ilocos Norte on Monday (March 21, 2016), at 3:30 in the afternoon, at Camp Captain Calentin Juan, Laoag City, said PSSupt Angeles Genorga, Regional Chief. xxx
